La película es una historia original, divertida y emocionante, acerca de Arlo, un animado Apatosaurus adolescente de 20 metros de altura, con un gran corazón. Luego de que un traumático evento sacude la tranquila comunidad donde vive Arlo, él se embarca en una misión para recuperar la paz, ganando en el camino a un inverosímil compañero, un joven niño humano llamado Spot.  Las voces estan acargo del  elenco vocal, entre ellos Lucas Neff, voz de Arlo; Bill Hader, voz de Forrest; Judy Greer, voz de Ivy; Neil Patrick Harris, voz de Cliff; John Lithgow, voz de Poppa y Frances McDormand, voz de Momma.

The film is an original, fun and exciting story about Arlo, a lively adolescent Apatosaurus of 20 meters in height, with a big heart. Once a traumatic event shakes the quiet community living where Arlo, he embarks on a mission to restore peace, gaining on the way to an unlikely partner, a young human boy named Spot.

The voices are charge of the vocal cast, among them Lucas Neff, voice of Arlo; Bill Hader, voice of Forrest; Judy Greer, voice of Ivy; Neil Patrick Harris, voice of the Cliff; John Lithgow, voice of Frances McDormand, voice of Momma and Poppa.
