El destino muchas veces nos toma por sorpresa, muchas veces nos tiene preparado cosas o circunstancias que no las esperamos o ni siquiera las imaginamos, pero que a la larga harán este camino lleno de lecciones de momentos de adaptación algunas veces buenas, malas, incomodas o agradables que al final traerán son experiencia que traen buenos cambios y siempre viendo el lado bueno de las cosas.
“Los Juegos del Destino” (Silver Linings Playbook) cinta dirigida por David O. Russell conocido por el "El Peleador" (The Fighter), en esta ocasión se aventura con esta comedia romántica que es una propuesta diferente. Pat (Bradley Cooper) regresa a la casa de sus Padres (Robert De Niro y Jacki Weaver) , tras haber pasado ocho meses en una institución mental en rehabilitación, está decidido a recuperar su vida y a su ex mujer. Pero estas decisiones cambian cuando conoce a Tiffany (Jennifer Lawrence) una chica algunas veces neurótica, pero que le enseñara a ver la vida de diferente manera.
Esta cinta cuenta con un guion simple y fresco elaborado por el mismo director; cuenta con un excelente manejo de diálogos, además de contar con las increíbles actuaciones dramáticas y de humor y en algunos otros casos explosivas por parte de Robert De Niro, Jacki Weaver, Bradley Cooper, Jennifer Lawrence y Chris Rock por mencionar hacen de esta película una mezcla perfecta, la Música está a cargo de Danny Elfman y la Fotografía por Masanobu Takayanagi.
Es por esto que “Los Juegos del Destino” (Silver Linings Playbook) es una de las favoritas respecto a premios, dentro de las cuales tiene 8 nominaciones a los Premios de la Academia “Oscar ” Mejor Película, Mejor Actor Principal, Mejor Actor Secundario, Mejor Actriz Secundaria , Mejor Director, Mejor Montaje y Mejor Guion.
